Product Design
Services

We design digital products end to end, from the first workshop to a coded, developer-ready interface built on a design system your team owns.

Widelab is a product design partner for enterprises and scaleups building complex B2B platforms. We design products and the design systems that scale them.

Interaction Design Services
Interface design that is pixel-perfect, accessible, and handed to developers to code.
Research, flows, and structure that make the product make sense to real users, joined to the interface, with better conversion.
A themeable design system that’s easy to customize in your brand and becomes the single source of truth as the product scales.
Coded prototypes on your design system, real components and real flows on a shareable URL, ready to test and hand off.
Real users and expert review that validate decisions on working prototypes, so only proven directions reach engineering.
Motion and micro-interactions that make an interface feel responsive and intentional, built to run in production.

Full-cycle
product design

A design system that turns
Figma into production

You can have a nice design and a good product, but whether it ships on time relies on the system you construct it on. Our product design services make that a reality.

01
One source of truth

Design decisions live as variables in Figma, generate into tokens, and ship as a versioned package, with one brand file per surface. What you sign off in Figma is what renders in code – they’re both reading the same tokens.

02
Your brand, your system

We can start you on Wideset, our enterprise design system, rebranded to your identity, or use the one you have already. A rebrand becomes a single file rather than a six-month rebuild, and you own the result.

03
Velocity you can measure

On a system, a designer's time moves from redrawing components to deciding what to build. Discovery that ran in days runs in hours, and a full interface that ran in weeks runs in a fraction of that.

04
Built for your AI too

The same rules a new designer reads, an agent reads. The design-system codebase becomes context an LLM can generate against, so AI produces on-system output instead of drifting slop.

design process

01
DISCOVERY

AI-driven workshops and research, until we get it.

AI-driven workshops and user research run until we understand the business to boot. We map the user stories and name the risks, so you leave with one vision and a brief worth deciding on. What used to take weeks of scheduling now takes days.

02
Architect & Explore

System first,
screens second.

We set up the design system as the source of truth, then explore two or three directions in parallel. Exploring more costs less, and only directions that hold up go further – all thanks to the system doing the heavy lifting.

03
Build & Ship

We build the interface in code on your design system.

One screen at a time – AI covers the repetitive stuff and senior designers decide the details. You get real components and flows on a shareable, password-protected URL, ready to user test, show investors, or hand to engineers.

04
Operate & Test

Products aren’t finished at launch.

We track the numbers, analyze results, extend the system as the product earns new features, and keep design and code in sync, so the next release starts from something insightful rather than guesses.

Selected work

We've helped over 300 companies, including:

4.9

"Widelab's innovative design has improved our brand reputation and it's had direct results on their asset adoption."

Sivan Michaeli-Roimi
VP Marketing, Pynt
4.9

“They boosted page views, increased time on site, and reduced bounce rates. Their branding positioned us as modern, professional, and innovative.”

Harleen Singh
Director of Marketing, Flow Specialty

“We saw double-digit increases in time on-site and pages-per-visit, and nearly doubled our organic inbound traffic in the following quarter.”

Questions?
We've got you.

How much do product design services cost?

All depends on scope. Cost tracks the number of screens, the complexity of the flows, and whether you need a full design system. As reference points, a focused mobile UI project can take around 120 hours, while a large multi-platform product can run 450 to 750 hours or more. A discovery call lets us give you a realistic range for your product rather than a generic price.

How fast can you deliver?

Faster than a traditional studio, because the system and AI cover the repetitive work. A coded, testable prototype can be ready in weeks rather than months, and a first handoff-ready version follows soon after. We work in phases with concrete deliverables, so you see progress from the first week instead of waiting for a single final reveal.

What is the difference between UX and UI design?

UX design covers research, flows, and structure, the decisions that make a product usable. UI design covers the visual and interactive layer people see and touch. Full-cycle product design includes both, plus the prototyping and the design system that connect them into one product that ships.

Do we own the design system, or only rent it?

You own it. The design system ships in your brand, as tokens, components, and code your team can extend without us. We start you on Wideset, our enterprise design system, then rebrand and hand it over, so nothing about your product is locked to our involvement.

Can you work with our existing team and stack?

Yes. We work inside your design and engineering teams rather than beside them, on your existing stack when you have one or on our system when you do not. For enterprises with internal teams, the value is usually velocity and a clean design-to-code path, not replacing the people you already have. It’s what makes our product design services fit a company that already runs its own design team.

What are you building next?
