Product Strategy Services

Product discovery workshop board with sticky notes and participants
Structured sessions that align stakeholders on the problem, the users, and what success looks like before design starts.
User research session with participant avatars and reactions
Conversations with real users that surface their needs, documented next to the decisions they shape.
Market positioning matrix and survey results chart
Competitor, category, and market analysis that shows where your product wins and where it'll struggle.
UX audit with usability testing results and qualitative feedback
A close review of a live product that finds the friction costing you conversions, retention, and support time.
User journey mapping board with sticky notes
End-to-end maps that turn scattered research into one source of truth for how people move through your product.
Validated product insights ready for engineering
Coded prototypes put in front of real users, so a direction is proven before engineering commits to it.
MVP feature prioritization in a product backlog
A clear call on what ships first and what waits, so the first version tests the riskiest assumption for the least spend.

Discovery that
speeds up builds

Done right, discovery speeds building by clarifying the problem, users, and scope. Our product discovery services make this happen.

01
Test ten directions, not one

Exploring a direction used to cost weeks and many debates about taste. On coded prototypes, several concepts cost about a week, and the one that wins is the one users convert on.

02
Research as one source of truth

Interviews and journey mapping feed a single model, so every later decision traces back to evidence rather than opinion.

03
Expert, not only facilitator

We advise from a product-business angle, so discovery names both the commercial risk, and the usability one.

04
AI-accelerated, not AI-guessed

Workshops and research that took weeks of scheduling now take days, so you reach a decision sooner without cutting the thinking.

Our product
discovery process

01

Kickoff & alignment

We settle misalignments before they cost you.

We open with a workshop that gets founders, product, and engineering agreed on the problem, the target user, and what success looks like. Run with AI support, it settles misalignments that usually come up mid-project in a matter of days.

02

Research

Where assumptions meet evidence.

We talk to real users and study the market around them, documenting findings next to the decisions they shape. User interviews surface the real problems, and an audit of any existing product shows what already works. This is where assumptions meet evidence.

03

Synthesis

Research, distilled into one clear model.

We turn raw research into one model the team can use: personas, user journey maps, a clear statement of the problem worth solving. Patterns invisible in single interviews become obvious once the findings come together.

04

Validation

Test before engineering commits.

We put coded prototypes in front of real users before engineering commits. Testing a working version confirms the direction holds, or shows where it breaks, while changes still cost hours instead of sprints.

05

Prioritization

A roadmap, grounded in evidence, ready to hand off.

We close with a prioritized, validated scope: what the MVP includes, what waits, and the reasoning behind each call. Your team leaves with a roadmap grounded in research, ready to hand to design and development without a translation step in between.

Selected work

Ryve, discovery for a market challenger

Being a competitor to Uber, Ryve needed to know which features earned their place before anyone started creating them. We ran a discovery workshop that advised features from both product-business and UX angles, because in a two-sided marketplace every feature has a cost on the other side.

GeoRisk Signals, making political risk data readable

GeoRisk Signals was a full product redesign, starting with a discovery phase that included stakeholder and user interviews, synthesis of research findings, usability testing, workshops with subject-matter experts, competitor analysis, and mapping key flows. The insights informed the overall product experience, which then moved through design, prototyping, user testing, and handoff to development.

Ryd refuel-and-pay app with a gas station map

Ryd, a UX audit of a live refuel-and-pay app

Not every discovery engagement starts from zero. For Ryd, a product already in users' hands, we ran a UX audit that pinpointed where the experience created friction and where small changes would move the numbers. Discovery on a live product is about finding the highest-impact fixes, not redesigning for its own sake.

Questions?
We've got you.

How much do product discovery services cost?

That’s dictated by scope and time pressure. A focused discovery sprint around a few user interviews and one validation round sets you back less than a full engagement with market research, workshops, journey mapping, etc., across several user types. We scope discovery to the decision you need to make, so you pay to de-risk a specific question rather than for a fixed package.

How long do product discovery services take?

A tightly scoped sprint can run one to two weeks, and AI-accelerated research means you see findings from the first few days. A broader engagement with several research streams and rounds of validation runs longer. Either way, you act on early insight rather than waiting for a final report.

What’s the difference between product discovery and product design?

Discovery decides what to build and whether it’s worth building, while design actually makes it, turning a direction into a coded product on a design system. Many teams run them back to back, and our product design services pick up where discovery leaves off.

Do you replace our research team, or work with it?

Either. We can run discovery end to end, or plug into your product and research team to add capacity and an outside read. For enterprises with internal teams, the value is usually speed and a grounded outside perspective on which bets are worth the build.

What do we get at the end of a discovery engagement?

Decisions and deliverables, not empty documents. Depending on scope, you leave with validated personas, a user-journey model, a prioritized MVP scope, and the evidence behind each call, packaged so your design and engineering teams can act on it at once.

Ready to build
the right product?

Whether you’re validating a first idea or rethinking a product already in-market, our product discovery services turn guesswork into evidence you can build on.
